Can I cancel anytime?

If you don't have a contract with Marketopia for extra services or if you registered independently on the website, you can request cancellation through our Support Team at [email protected].  However, if you have a Marketopia Contract, you're required to adhere to the contract terms. Billing is not prorated, and depending on your plan term, you will be charged for the entire month or year. 

Are there any additional fees?

The "Teach You" plan does not include any additional costs nor any Usage Bank Amounts.

We provide a monthly Usage Bank Amount tailored to your chosen subscription plan:  
$30 for "Done With You” 
$100 for "Done For You”  

This inclusive monthly budget caters to each client's needs. In the event of an overage, any additional charges are billed to your credit card. Please note that unused amounts do not carry over.   

Our usage costs cover include:  
Email: $0.0027 per email 
Making Calls: $0.042 per minute 
Receiving Calls: $0.0255 per minute 
Texting: $0.0237 per segment, plus US Government Setup and Usage Fees 
Email Verification: $0.007 
Premium Triggers & Actions: $.03/action 
Conversation AI: $.15/message 
Content AI: $.27/1000 words 
Image: $.18/image 
Workflow AI: $.09/workflow.  
Please note that prices are subject to change. Clients using Marketopia for tele lead generation do not pay for the cost of our tele team's usage. 

Do you offer support?

Marketing Concierge services, included in the Done with You and Done for You plans, are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST/GMT.  Contact Your Success Coach for Scheduling.

Additional marketing and technical support are available via LiveChat 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Just click on the chat button at the bottom right of each page.  

Do I get training?

The Growth Machine subscribers can access an Interactive Help Guide within the secure portal. The Interactive Help Guide highlights key sections of the site and clarifies marketing terms.

Within the secure portal, subscribers can also access the Knowledge Base with a step-by-step onboarding checklist and helpful training videos.  

A video training library is in the works and will be available soon.
